Terms and Conditions

I/We agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as stated below:

- All fees must be paid in full at time of booking to secure a place

- Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable

- In the event my child is unable to attend, a zoom option may be available, otherwise fees can be transferred to a future holiday workshop at the discretion of N2 Dance Management. N2 Dance must be made aware of the absence before the workshop event.

- I/We give permission for my child to be involved in promotional activities or articles that may appear in both internal and external publications, advertising, the N2 Dance website or any N2 Dance social media accounts. This may include still and/or video photography, printing of names under photos, therefore, identifying students publicly, or the printing of names in relation to student achievements and activities.

- I/We understand that if we do not wish for my/our child to be included, that written email notification must be provided to info@n2dance.com.au more than 24hrs before the workshop event.

- I/We hereby give permission for any and all medical attention to be administered to my child in the event of an accident, injury, sickness, etc. under the direction of N2 Dance staff or at any necessary emergency facility, until such time as I may be contacted. I also assume the responsibility for all costs associated with the medical care provided.

- Dance classes can involve risk of personal injury. While N2 Dance takes all reasonable care in the conduct of its classes and workshops, we take no responsibility for injury or loss caused during or whilst participants at, or near the venue. You shall assume all risk involved, including but not limited to, all loss, stolen property, cost, claim, injury, damage, or liability sustained whilst participating. You are responsible for ensuring that your child(ren) are physically and mentally fit for the class

Creative Kids, Discover NSW and Parent NSW Vouchers

- I understand that once vouchers are redeemed, these cannot be refunded

- I understand that I cannot redeem an Active Kids vouchers for this program

- I understand that if the cost of session or sessions is less than the voucher amount, that the difference of the voucher must be forfeited 

- I understand that if my voucher is not redeemed successfully that I am liable to pay the outstanding balance

- I understand that vouchers cannot be mixed, only 1 type can be used per booking

- I understand that vouchers are subject to Terms and Conditions as set out by Service NSW which may change from time to time. This is beyond the control of N2 Dance and We will notify You if this impacts your situation
